I think you are right about exercising for the anti-depressant effect. I need to get a family doctor for my 2 kids. They have been sick and slobbering for 3 weeks now.

Thank you for your tips on how to make your family healthier. I am glad you mentioned the importance of eating healthy foods. I would imagine that a good way to ensure the health of the food you buy is to invest in a liner for you to use on shopping carts to protect your food from germs.
